New Media Designer

This site is currently being overhauled, so please check back soon for more content!

My past experience spans many areas of new media, including 3D modeling/animation, design for interactivity, and video/audio editing. Currently, I am employed as a college professor and freelance designer.

For samples of some of my design work, see the content below. The latest version of the Adobe Flash Player is required for many of these, and a broadband connection is highly recommended.

Please if you have any questions or require my design expertise.

The dynamic elements of this site transform it from stale, stagnant content to living, breathing interactivity. News, forums, and dynamic user accounts can all be managed by the client without the need for a designer.

This client wanted a wanted a fun, animated intro to lead into her Flash site and some subtle menu animations within. These "ink blot" and "lava lamp" style animations met her needs quite nicely!

The TAG Studio

The TAG Studio

This is another 100% Flash web site that dynamically pulls from separate text and image files for each of the pages. In addition to the ActionScript programming and Flash interface design, I was also responsible for creating all of the image collages used on the site.

MidAmerican Equipment & Supplies

MidAmerican Equipment & Supplies, Inc.

This client wanted a site to showcase their products but did not want a full-blown eCommerce site. While the site does not handle the direct processing of orders, it has still increased business and sales for the client through its use of a simple shopping cart system.
